These positions focus on general facility maintenance across hospital buildings and wards, keeping critical healthcare infrastructure running smoothly. The roles come with a 6-month guarantee, with a high likelihood of contract extension or transition to permanency based on performance.

The Financials & Balance

• The Rate: $56.95/hr + Super (processed on a reliable fortnightly pay cycle).

• Stable Hours: Structured, day-shift hours working from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM with no mandatory on-call or overtime requirements.

The Work

This is a general facility maintenance role within a clinical campus environment. You will be dealing with day-to-day electrical upkeep rather than heavy industrial complexity.

• Fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs to general lighting and power circuits across hospital wards and buildings.

• Scheduled emergency light testing and basic repairs.

• Working safely within a live healthcare facility while adhering to strict government safety standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary trades team to keep essential hospital services online.

What You Need

We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious Electricians who take pride in maintaining high-standard public infrastructure.

• Trade Qualified: Cert III in Electrotechnology.

• Licensing: Valid QLD Electrical Work Licence (A-Grade).

• Safety: Current LVR/CPR.

• Compliance: Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.

• Rights: Full Australian Working Rights.
